Tension compression rod end load cell FLRA is designed with an
internal threaded hole on each side of the transducer, this allows
it to be easily embedded into machinery or test equipment.
Miniature tension compression force sensor FLRA is made from
stainless steel and offers M4 / M5 / M6 / M8 / M10 five mounting
options. Internal threaded load cell FLRA is available in 100N /
200N / 500N / 1kN / 2kN / 5kN / 10kN seven rated capacities for
bidirectional force measurement and it can be customized according
to customer requirements.

Instruction of load cell output:
Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of In-line Female Threaded Load Cell FLRA is around
1.5mV/V.
Power supply of Rod End Rod End Force Sesnor FLRA is within 3-12V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of Pull Push Load Cell FLRA is normally within
-18mV...+18mV for pull and push force measurement.
Example: Internal threaded rod end load cell FLRA-500N with 1.5mV/V
sensitivity powered by 10V DC, the output range is -15mV...+15mV.
A signal conditioner can be used with the load cell to deliver
-5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output.
Example: Compression And Tension Load Cell FLRA-2kN working with
-10-10V amplifier, the Force-Voltage relationship will be 0-2000N
push force VS 0-10V output, 0-2000N pull force VS 0-(-10V) output,
which is linear regardless of the measurement error.
