Low Cost Weight Sensor FHD is available in 0-1kg / 0-2kg / 0-3kg / 0-5kg / 0-10kg / 0-20kg six measuring ranges with 1.0 mV/V output from full wheatstone bridge bonded on aluminum structure. Micro load sensor FHD delivers good accuracy with compact size(80x12.7x12.7mm), can be loaded in both tension and compression direction. You may find cheap load cell FHD ideal for mass production applications such as force simulators, home appliances, Arduino based weight measuring projects, and so on.


Specifications

A load cell sensor is a transducer that converts mechanical force into electrical signal which is proportional to the weight being applied.The measured load or force causes deformation of the measuring element,the bonded strain gauge deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply,the output signal between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally,thus the load can be measured by measuring the output signal from the load cell.

Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output is normally within 1mV/V~3mV/V.
Power supply is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the load cell output signal is normally within 0-45mV(-45mV...+45mV for bidirectional load cell).
Example one: 1.0mV/V load cell with 5V power supply,the output range is 0~5mV (-5mV...+5mV for bidirectional sensor).
Example two: 1.0mV/V load cell with 3.3V power supply,the output range is 0~3.3mV (-3.3mV...+3.3mV for bidirectional sensor).
