Flange Type Load Cell 100kg is made of stainless steel utilizing strain gauge technology to
deliver maximum 0.1% non-linearity of full scale.Pull And Push
Force Sensor FFA offers 20kg / 50kg / 100kg / 200kg / 500kg /
1000kg / 2000kg seven rated load capacities to choose from, pull
push force transducer FFA can be used for both tension and
compression force measurement. Stainless steel construction, flange

Force Measurement
A Force Sensor is a transducer that converts mechanical load into
mV signal proportional to the applied force. The acting force
causes deformation of the measuring element, the bonded strain gage
deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the
wheatstone bridge, under constant power supply, the output signal
between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally, thus the
load/force can be measured by measuring the output signal from the
transducer.
Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of Flange Mounted Load Cell FFA is normally around
2.0mV/V.
Power supply of Flange Type Loadcell FFA is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of Flange Type Thrust Force Sensor FFA is
normally within 0…+30mV(-30mV...+30mV for Pull And Press Force
Measurement).
Example one: Flanged Load Cell FFA-1KN with 2.0mV/V sensitivity
powered by 5V DC,the output range is -10mV...+10mV.
Example two: Tension Compression Load Cell FFA-100kg with 1.95mV/V
rated output powered by 10V DC, the output range is
-19.5mV...+19.5mV.
The mV/V output from the wheatstone bridge sometimes can hardly be
processed directly, a signal conditioner can be used with the load
cell to deliver -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output.
Example one: Flange Type Force Sensor FFA-1kN working with
amplifier FSC(-10-10V)-24V,the Force-Voltage relationship will be
0-1000N compression force VS 0-10V output, 0-1000N tension force VS
0-(-10V) output,which is linear regardless of the measurement
error, 1V output corresponds to 100N compression load, -2V output
corresponds to 200N tension load, and so on.
Example two: Flange Mounted Load Cell FFA-100kg working with
amplifier FSC(4-12-20mA)-24V,the Force-Current relationship will be
0-100kg compression force VS 12-20mA output, 0-100kg tension force
VS 12-4mA output,which is linear regardless of the measurement
error, 12mA output corresponds to “0” load, 12.8mA output
corresponds to 10kg compression load, 8mA output corresponds to
50kg tension load, and so on.
