Radial force measuring axle FHBE is made of alloy steel based on strain gauge technology utilizing flat mounting degisn. Wire rope tension transducer FHBE is supplied with a 20mm-diameter bearing journal which can be used with customer-supplied rollers or guide pulleys to adapt to different objects to be measured, which makes wire tension sensor FHBE suitable for single-roller tension measurement system. Radial force measuring sensor FHBE offers 0-200N / 0-500N / 0-1kN / 0-2kN / 0-3kN / 0-5kN / 0-10kN / 0-15kN / 0-20kN nine rated capacities to choose from. Tension transducer FHBE can also be modified or customized as per client's requirements.

Brief instruction of Rated output(or Sensitivity):
Definition: The signal produced by load cell(or force transducer) when rated load is applied, expressed in terms of mV/V. The rated output indicates the output signal range of a sensor.
Sensor output = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of wire tension sensor FHBE is normally around 2.0mV/V.
Power supply of rope tension transducer is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of Radial force measuring axle FHBE is normally within -30mV...+30mV.

An external signal conditioner can be used to convert mV signal into -5-5V, 0-10V, 4-20mA...for easy signal processing.
