Flange-to-Flange Type Compression Load Cell FFA is made of stainless steel utilizing strain gauge technology to deliver mV/V output with maximum 0.1% non-linearity of the full scale.Tension Compression Force Sensor FFA offers 0-20kg / 0-50kg / 0-100kg / 0-200kg / 0-500kg / 0-1000kg / 0-2000kg seven measuring ranges to choose from, force transducer FFA can be used for both tension and compression force measurement. Stainless steel construction, flange design, compact size, bidirectional force measurement, high accuracy, Flange Load Cell FFA offers a perfect force measuring solution for applications such as wire tension control, force distribution analysis, automated control, cylinder thrust measurement, assembly force monitoring, spring testing, ultrasonic welding clamp force control, hand press force verification,and so on. Specifications

The output signal from the wheatstone bridge is normally within -30mV...+30mV. A load cell amplifier can be used to deliver -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output.

Example: FFA-10kN working with -10-10V amplifier,the Force-Voltage relationship will be 0-10kN compression load VS 0-10V output, 0-10kN tension load VS 0-(-10V) output,when you get 5V output,it means the current load is 5kN compression force,when you get -3V output,it means the current load is 3kN tension force,and so on.
